Get ready for the fun and exciting Neuse River Day, May 31 2008. The event, hosted by the Neuse River Foundati0n, begins at 9am at Union Point Park. Land events will include environmental exhibitors, live music, entertainers, arts and craft venders and food. Water events include kayak, canoe and raft races. Although the water events begin at in the morning, be sure to stay for the afternoon Great Rubber Duck Race and Cardboard Box Canoe Race.
